Co-Founders

An Alabama native, Josh Carpenter joined Teach for America Alabama in Perry County after graduating from UAB Magna Cum Laude in 2010 named Most Outstanding Undergraduate Business Student. He is now a Rhodes Scholar studying for a DPhil in politics at Oxford.

A New York native, Daniel Liss joined the office of Mayor Bloomberg's chief policy advisor after graduating from Harvard Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude in 2011. He left his job as an investment banker in London to start Bama Covered.
